OUR DIRECTOR
Meg Campbell-Dowling

Meg has over 20 years experience in the corporate and legal arenas, working with leading professionals to build on their strengths, articulate their Vision and maximise their unique potential.
An organizational psychologist by training, Meg draws from her experience in corporations, together with investigative and clinical environments. She helps leading professionals to articulate their Vision, which has positive benefits including improved health and a massively expanded mindset to improve lifestyle and financial security. Her qualifications include: internationally recognized coach accreditation and certification in clinical hypnosis. Meg has trained as a mindfulness meditation teacher in both Australian and USA with Dr Jon Kabat-Zinn, the world renowned founder of MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction). She runs her own MBSR classes on Sydney's North Shore.
Meg founded The Tranquility Institute in 2005 in response to a specific demand: Clients increasingly expressed a desire to 'make' time and the space to identify what would give them a sense of achievement, fulfillment and zest for life. Working with Tranquility, clients have reported the following benefits: markedly improved health and reversal of major symptoms; increased satisfaction with how they invest their time and return on investments; and the ability to communicate with those around them on 'a whole new level'.
Meg has worked extensively with leading professionals in the following environments:
- Private enterprise: law, accounting, architecture and engineering.
- Government: Australian Defence Force, NSW Police Force, Department of Corrective Services, Department of Juvenile Justice, Department of Education and Training, and the National Measurement Institute.
Meg has also developed a mentoring program with the Australian Defence Force to retain Officers, established in 2003 and continuing to grow annually. Meg's many years of conducting medico-legal assessments and forensic investigations have honed her ability to detect themes in clients' lives, which may be preventing them from reaching their potential and having a rich, fulfilling life. Her strength of discerning these subtle patterns is drawn from the diverse disciplines that inspire her work and which she continues to study. These areas include: leadership, psychology, coaching, application of quantum physics principles, contemplative practices and forensic investigation. This creates a unique advantage for clients and balanced offering for the Australian and International markets.
